Shipping & Returns

• Free standard shipping on South African orders of R770 and up.
• Standard shipping (3–5 business days): R100 on South African orders under R770.
• Express shipping (1–2 business days): R150 anywhere in South Africa.
• Orders are made to order and ship from our fulfillment partner within 2–5 business days.
• International shipping is a flat R320; delivery times vary by destination and duties are the buyer's responsibility.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@izafinds.com and we'll take care of it.

• Return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
• Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Greeting cards and gift-box contents are final sale once opened.

Every order ships with a handwritten note. If you're sending directly to a recipient, add their message in the order notes at checkout and we'll take care of it.
